Climate Project Coordinator
Biography

Cameron grew up in Juneau, where her childhood was shaped by the landscape around her—from discovering sea critters while tide pooling to climbing trees in the forest. These early experiences fostered a love for the environment, which in turn translated to her academic and professional pursuits. After studying environmental analysis at Pitzer College, she continued her education journey at the Columbia Climate School in New York City for her M.A., and later earned her M.S. in Education at the London School of Economics in England.

Cameron is passionate about the intersection of climate and policy, and the importance of translating science into actionable change. Her connection to her home, as well as her experiences living and learning in many parts of the country and the world, continue to motivate her work in climate. In her free time, you can find Cameron cooking and gathering with family and friends, getting outside with her family poodle, Jasper, and travelling whenever she gets the chance.
